These luxurious new ocean view condos which will feature 2 bedroom condos at 1800 square feet of living area and 3 bedroom condos at 2000 square feet of living area. Each condo will include access to all of the Del Pacifico amenities, including the beach club, spa, golf course and equestrian centre. The Portofino condos will be eligible for inclusion in the RockResorts rental program. Units will be priced beginning at $450/square foot and will feature a luxury tropical design with private plunge pool on the terrace of each condo. The Portofino project will have 3 community pools for exclusive use of the Portofino condos’ residents and guests.
Pre-construction reservations are currently being accepted on these condos with a refundable $100,000 deposit which secures your place on the reservation list for unit selection once they are released and preconstruction pricing.
