Rental rates in Costa Rica are divided into 4 seasons: High Season, Green Season, Easter Week & Christmas Holidays.
The 2011-2012 high season will begin on the 18th of November 2011 and run through the 30th of April 2012 with the 2 peak seasons occurring during that time being excluded. The 2 bedroom condo high season rental rate for 2011-2012 is $350/night and $2100/week.
The 2011-2012 Christmas & New Year Holiday season will run from 16 December 2011 through 2 January 2012. The 2 bedroom condo holiday season rental rate will be $400/night or $2400/week.
The 2012 Easter Week peak dates will run from 2 April 2012 through 9 April 2012 and the 2 bedroom condo Easter week rate will be $400/night or $2400/week.
The 2011 Green Season began on 1 May 2011 and will end on 17 November 2011. The rate for this time period is $300/night or $1800/week.
