What makes Del Pacifico so special?
The first rule of real estate is “location, location, location” and Del Pacifico’s location could not be more ideal. We are midway between the surfing village of Jaco and the famed national park, Manuel Antonio (Costa Rica’s #1 tourist attraction). If you are familiar with the Florida panhandle, consider that at one end is Pensacola and at the other end is Panama City and our location is the equivalent of Seaside. Del Pacifico is 700 acres midway between the two anchors. We are right in the middle of world class surfing & deep sea fishing.

Del Pacifico was master planned by world famous new urbanist architects & land planners, Ayers/Saint/Gross and is designated a priority tourism project by the President of Costa Rica. Anchored by internationally reknowned Alma del Pacifico Hotel, rated one of the top 10 hotels in Central America, you can stay at a beachfront hotel and spa or if you want more space & seclusion you can rent a condo.

The CIMA Hospital in San Jose, which is operated by International Hospital Corporation which is headquarted in Dallas, Texas. CIMA also operates a clinic in nearby Jaco. Additionally, there is a new Costa Rican government owned regional hospital in Quepos (20 minutes) as well as a local clinic in nearby Parrita (10 minutes). Pharmacies are numerous, Fischel is a Swiss-owned international chain with several locations nearby. Pharmacies stock brand name prescription drugs (Merck, Pfizer, Aventis, etc), many of which are available without a prescription.
