Cable & internet is available to all residents of Del Pacifico and also at the Alma del Pacifico Hotel. Additionally, there are internet hotspots in the area.
VOIP services, such as Vonage and Skype have become very popular and many owners have a VOIP phone with their US area code making all phone calls to and from Costa Rica, free local calls to that area code. For example, if you live in Atlanta you could have a Vonage phone with a 404 area code in your condo making all phone calls to or from Costa Rica “free local calls” to and from Atlanta. Also, services like Magic Jack have become very popular where people utilize a wifi hotspot to make phone calls back to the US through their IPad or laptop.
Cable Television
The service provider for cable television within Del Pacifico is Cable Tica. Basic cable package starts at $30/month. You can upgrade from there for digital, premium or HBO options.Internet Service
