From the very beginning of Del Pacifico our founders, Barry Strudwick & William Ramirez, have endeavored to create a destination that is more than the sum of its parts. Not just a prime location with unique architecture, luxury finishes and panoramic views of the serene beauty of Costa Rica. All of these elements are in place, but none keep people coming back here year after year. The intangible that we created is a community with a unique sense of place…where you know your neighbors and look forward to seeing them each time you visit. A community of like-minded individuals who share a common vision.
One our guiding beliefs is that Del Pacifico should be part of the local community. We strive to always respect the culture of this wonderful country and its warm & friendly people. We look to support local businesses & artisans and to choose our employees from the local community.
