Crafted by world-renowned master land planner Dhiru Thadani, the Del Pacifico community is ideally located in the beautiful coastal town of Esterillos Este, Costa Rica. This beautiful village on the Pacific Coast Highway has just recently been “discovered” as an upscale alternative to nearby Los Suenos and Manuel Antonio.

Costa Rica’s natural topography and vegetation influenced each and every design decision in our facilities. The hills and ridges of Las Collinas and Los Campos have been set aside for luxury villas and condominiums. The design strategy for the Oasis and The Lagos land parcels is to provide physical and visual connections to the beach.
